Shipping
We ship all orders from Melbourne via Australia Post. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of payment received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Within Australia
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.
We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of $8.90 and express is $12.95

For all international customers your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Phoenix + River is not responsible for customs delays or if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Return To Sender
Phoenix + River does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
Pre-Order
If you have placed an order which includes a pre ordered item, we will pre pack any items that are in stock and your order will be shipped in full as soon as ALL items are in stock. If you wish to receive the other items first, please place two separate orders
A monthly dispatch timeframe is provided for all pre-order items and this is outlined in the product description. Please allow the full month for dispatch plus Australia Post transit times.
We will not provide updates of the exact date of dispatch during the quoted month. You will be provided tracking information when your pre-order item has been shipped.
